thank you for leading a bloc at watershed!

Church Community Builder (CCB) is Watershed's online system which houses all information and data related to our community. We keep track of all of our Blocs in CCB and ask that our Bloc Leaders to help us keep the information as accurate as possible. Once our staff has added your group to CCB, it's your responsibility to help us with a few items:

SETTING/EDITING YOUR BLOC’S PARTICIPANT LIMIT
The Bloc Participant Limit lets us know how many people your Bloc can accommodate. This number is usually between 10-16, depending on the type of group and the capacity of your meeting space. Once the Participant Limit is reached, the Bloc will show as "FULL" in our system and on the public Bloc listing page.

  • Sign in to CCB: https://watershedcharlotte.ccbchurch.com/
  • Click on your Bloc under "My Groups" in the right-hand corner
  • Click on the “Group Actions” tab in the top right-hand corner and select “Edit Group Settings”
  • Select “Admin” on the gray menu bar
  • Beside “Group Participant Limit,” type in your maximum participant number
  • Scroll down and click “Save”

SETTING/EDITING YOUR BLOC’S MEETING DAY/TIME + LOCATION
This information helps people searching for a Bloc determine if your group might be a good fit.

  • Sign in to CCB: https://watershedcharlotte.ccbchurch.com/
  • Click on your Bloc under "My Groups" in the right-hand corner
  • Click on the “Group Actions” tab in the top right-hand corner and select “Edit Group Settings
  • Select “When & Where” on the gray menu bar
  • Select your "Meeting Day" and "Meeting Time"
  • Select your "Area of Town" (please DO NOT add your address, you can send that through email to participants)
  • Scroll down and click “Save”

UPDATING YOUR BLOC ROSTER
Updating your Bloc's roster is an ongoing responsibility for leaders. Our staff will send a reminder to update it once every couple of months.

  • Sign in to CCB: https://watershedcharlotte.ccbchurch.com/
  • Click on your Bloc under "My Groups" in the right-hand corner
  • Click "Participants"
  • Click "Group Actions" and select "Edit Participant List"
  • ADD PEOPLE
    • Under the gray "Actions" tab, click "Add or invite new people"
    • Click "People by name"
    • Type the names of whoever you'd like to add. If they don't show up, please alert Ashley and she'll add them to the system.
