The Head, Heart, & Gut: Centers Study
According to theologian and mystic Meister Eckhardt, “No one has known God who has not known himself/herself.” Although difficult at times, intentionally choosing to explore one’s inner reality (and accompanying outer expressions) gives a person eyes to see and ears to hear on the journey towards greater spiritual wholeness and health.
Thus, Watershed's affinity for the Enneagram! The Enneagram is a powerful and insightful tool meant to help us understand ourselves and others. Its purpose is to help us uncover the traps that keep us from living fully and freely as our True Selves so that we can more effectively use our unique, authentic gifts for the good of others and the world.
Last fall Watershed explored the Enneagram together. Join us this spring for a deeper dive into the three Centers of the Enneagram with local expert Anne Geary. Each of the three sessions of this group will focus on one of the three Centers.
APRIL 12TH: The Instinctive/Gut Center (Types 8, 9, 1)
APRIL 19TH: The Feeling/Heart Center (Types: 2, 3, 4)
APRIL 26TH: The Thinking/Head Center (Types: 5, 6, 7)
Because each Center has unique strengths and liabilities worth exploring, we ask that participants plan to attend all three sessions. All sessions will be held at Watershed and there is no fee. If you'd like to dive a bit deeper into the Enneagram this spring, express interest here!
