It’s been said, “we are spiritual beings having a human experience." Hence, the spiritual and physical impact of our lifestyle, our experience with food, vitamins, air, water, medicines, sleep, and exercise is profound and significant. WELLNESS is a four week mini-bloc experience designed to inform and create awareness around living more awake and intentional within the decisions we make with our body.
